Get a Glass of Sparkling Wine on the House

Chef’s Theatre is a French bistronomie-style restaurant where our culinary team have created all dishes using their own fresh broth bases made in-house. All dishes offer an upscale taste based on selected seasonal ingredients with perfectly matched sauces. Discover the award-winning chef’s cuisine at Chef’s Theatre.

This season, the menu and dining experience for the lunch and dinner programs will be based on the Shiki Theatre Company’s production of Phantom of the Opera with accompanying musical masterpieces. Become immersed in the restaurant setting that is reminiscent of the stage art featured in the play, and enjoy renditions of each scene with every dish.
