Yoga and meditation is a healthy practice for everyone. At MINT MAT Yoga, we offer classes that allow students to experience the most pure benefit of yoga and meditation. Our instructors bring deep expertise from various backgrounds and make each of our classes unique yet effective.
Each class lasts 60 to 90 minutes and focuses on breathing, asana (yoga postures), meditation, and the basics of yoga. Class also includes yoga philosophy and personalized alignment guidance to provide safe and effective yoga for both experienced yoga practitioners and beginners, as well as for those are less flexible.
The studio is a quiet and simple space surrounded by greenery in the heart of the city. It is a comfortable space where you can quietly turn your attention to the present, to enjoy your time for yourself.
