10th Roppongi Gourmet Burger Grand Prix

Attention all burger fans in Tokyo! (Vegetarians look away, please.) Roppongi Hills will celebrate its 10th Roppongi Gourmet Burger Grand Prix from July 1 to September 1, featuring 26 menus from 17 of its restaurants and, for the first time, four eateries based in Azabudai Hills.

The venues, operated by Mori Building Co., will lay on the feast that includes 17 special limited menu items created exclusively for the event for which customers will vote to win prizes and decide the winners.

Menu highlights include:

  • Scrumptious award-winning Black Angus burger made of 21-day aged beef with prosciutto, mozzarella cheese and smoked BBQ sauce. It is offered by the 37 Steakhouse & Bar which has been inducted into the Hall of Fame after winning the Special Limited Menu and Regular Menu categories for three consecutive years
  • As the 2024 Paris Olympics nears, the Summer French Burger has tricolor buns embracing 220g double beef patties complemented by the sour and rich Dijon Aioli sauce.
  • To mark the wildly popular TV series, a truffle-scented “Shogun” Wagyu juicy beef hamburger comes with garlic chips, sliced onions and green curls sandwiched between original buns made of Japanese wheat, accented with mustard and dill mayonnaise.
  • As Italy defends the Uefa European Football Championship in June, the Wild-caught shrimp seafood Italian burger has a special bun with patty of minced scallops and tuna with chopped shrimp, sautéed natural leg red shrimp from Mie Prefecture’s Toshi Island in butter, grilled eggplant, grilled tomato, buffalo mozzarella cheese, Sicilian-style almond paste, and orange peel. Served with squid and potato fritters.
  • Rich meat and seafood combo burger crafted of sea urchin and Yamagata beef with bechamel sauce and lobster bisque. 
  • Spicy burgers with Asian flavors such as buffalo chicken and the Korean aromas of sanchu and egoma, with spicy tomato sauce, gochujang (red pepper paste), tartar sauce and cucumber kimchi.
  • Finally, Big Max! burger’s juicy patty and cheddar cheese is sandwiched between a fragrantly grilled bun, accented with a mouth-watering sauce of mustard, mayonnaise and spices, accompanied by finely chopped onions and pickles.

Eat burgers, collect stamps, win prizes!

  1. Order an entry burger at a participating store in the Roppongi Gourmet Burger Grand Prix 2024
  2. Scan the QR code given to you when the menu is served and participate in the digital stamp rally
  3. Vote for the three categories of Taste, Impact (appearance), and Creativity to receive a stamp

Customers who collect one stamp will be entered into a lottery for 150 chances to win an exhibition invitation coupon, while those with three, five,10, or 15 stamps will receive a coupon or a prize. The results will be announced on the website in mid-September.
