Mori Art Museum

LOUISE BOURGEOIS: I have been to hell and back. And let me tell you, it was wonderful. 

The Mori Art Museum is hosting a major solo exhibition of Louise Bourgeois, one of the most important artists of the 20th century, running until January 19. Known for her iconic Spider sculpture at Roppongi Hills, Bourgeois’s work explores contrasts such as male and female, conscious and unconscious, and abstraction versus figuration.

This exhibition, her first in Japan in 27 years, features more than 100 works spanning her 70-year career, offering a powerful look into her creative evolution and enduring influence.
