Ready to reset your energy and reconnect with yourself and others?
Join RESOLVE for a dynamic, one-hour introductory workshop designed to help professionals, families and language learners unlock freedom through movement, mindfulness and meaningful communication.
What to Expect:
1. Arrival & Welcome (5 min)
Ease into the space with a light stretch and quick intros—we set the tone with comfort and connection.
2. Mindfulness + English Warm-Up (10 min)
Breathing exercises meet simple language prompts to bring clarity and focus into the room.
3. Movement for Energy (25–30 min)
A fun, bilingual fitness session (HIIT, cardio or strength) adapted to all levels—no experience needed!
4. Partner Game + Language Practice (15 min)
Interactive activities to build trust, boost English confidence and have some laughs along the way.
5. Cooldown + Reflection (10 min)
Gentle movement winds things down, followed by a short conversation prompt such as:
“What helps you reset during a stressful week?
