
Strategic Stakeholder Communication Course
Some of the most important workplace outcomes depend on people you don’t directly manage. Strategic Stakeholder Communication: Influencing Without Authority is a practical six-session course for professionals who need to build alignment, gain confidence and communicate effectively across teams, functions, organizations and different levels of authority.
Across six interactive Saturday sessions, participants will use research-informed frameworks and realistic workplace situations to identify and prioritize stakeholders, understand different interests and concerns, adapt messages for different audiences, respond to resistance and influence without relying on formal authority.
The course emphasizes discussion, practical exercises and communication skills that participants can immediately apply in the workplace.
