69th CWAJ Print Show
Explore the world of contemporary Japanese printmaking at the 69th CWAJ Print Show, featuring more than 200 works by established and emerging artists at Hillside Forum in Daikanyama.
Held annually since 1956, this beautiful exhibition and sale showcases a diverse range of styles, from traditional woodblock prints to abstract and pop art. Visitors can explore techniques including etching, engraving, lithography, silkscreen and digital printing, with opportunities to purchase original artwork. Pocket diaries, greeting cards and exhibition catalogs will also be available.
Organized by the College Women’s Association of Japan (CWAJ), the exhibition supports the organization’s scholarship and education programs, which provide opportunities for women and students with visual impairments. Net proceeds from the event contribute directly to these initiatives.
With free admission and guided tours available in English, the exhibition offers an opportunity to appreciate Japanese printmaking, find a distinctive piece of art and support a meaningful cause.
