Introducing summer-inspired cocktails, crafted by the award-winning mixologist “Yasu” (Yasutoshi Yoshiwara) and his team at the Rooftop Bar. Each drink is a refreshing blend of seasonal fruits and vegetables, skillfully combined to create a tasteful experience like no other. The cocktails include a beautiful and unique creation reminiscent of a dish of tomatoes with basil foam, and other original sour cocktails only available this summer. Indulge in the artistry of the cocktails with spectacular views of Tokyo and the gentle summer breeze.
Passion Fruit Sour
Chamomile tea infused KI NO BI Gin, Kanade Peach Liqueur, Japanese acacia honey, lemon juice, egg white and passion fruit. This original cocktail, inspired by the classic cocktail “Bees Knees,” which dates back to the Prohibition Era in the US, offers a delightful twist. Made with Kyoto distillery's domestic gin, 100% domestic acacia honey, and fresh passion fruit, the cocktail is shaken with egg whites to create a rich foam. A garnish of freshly shaved cardamom adds a sweet and exotic aroma to this sophisticated creation.
Tomato Sour
Superberry tea-infused Grey Goose Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lemon juice, homemade Champagne basil foam, tomato, and salt. This refreshing cocktail captures the essence of summer with a combination of tomato, the sweetness of elderflower, and the tartness of superberry tea. The fruity tomatoes are accentuated by the smooth topping of homemade champagne basil foam, making the vodka sour even more special on a midsummer evening with its sublime acidity and basil aroma.
Watermelon Sour
Sauza Blue Reposado Tequila, homemade cucumber cordial, rosehip tea, lime juice, hazelnut oil, and watermelon. This refreshing cocktail features cucumber, which belongs to the same family as watermelon, a summer staple. The combination of watermelon that offers a crisp and refreshing flavor with tequila and rosehip tea creates a perfect harmony.
