The Future of Longevity: Proactive Health with Tokyo Himawari Clinic

Tokyo Himawari Clinic offers cutting-edge regenerative stem cell treatments designed to help address current ailments as well as preventive care for any future diseases or underlying health issues. Tokyo Himawari Clinic Founder and CEO Dr Ryuta Ono offers an investment in a healthier future. The clinic is hosting a special one-on-one consultation at the Tokyo American Club (TAC), offering a unique opportunity to explore the potential of preventive medicine and longevity.

Why Regenerative Stem Cell Treatments are Essential for Longevity

As people age, the body’s natural ability to repair and regenerate itself slowly declines due to a significant drop in our stem cell count. A newborn has around 6 billion stem cells but this number plummets to about 1 billion by the age of 20, 300 million by 40 and 150 million by 60. This reduction contributes to the deterioration of our DNA genes over time and the accumulation of metabolic waste, which can impair bodily functions.

However, regenerative stem cell treatments support longevity and the prevention of age-related diseases by injecting stem cells that can differentiate and restore damaged areas. Beyond visible reverse-aging effects, these treatments help to prolong the deterioration of genetic material and suppress inflammation. The clinic’s philosophy is to prevent diseases before they appear, enabling people to lead healthy lifestyles and avoid costly treatments, medicines and hospital bills in the future.

These treatments can address a wide range of conditions before they fully develop, including:

  • Diabetes and Dementia: Stem cell treatments can prevent these diseases from taking hold if promptly acted upon. Dr Ono and his team note that by improving the internal environment of the body, dementia and diabetes can be prevented. After a session of stem cell treatment, diabetic patients saw an average drop of 1% in their HbA1c blood tests. In another remarkable case, a patient diagnosed with a D rank for dementia improved to an A rank after just one treatment.
  • Sleep Disorders: Many people suffer from anxiety about not sleeping and rely on pills. However in many cases, sleeping pills cause more anxiety and worsen sleep quality, creating a vicious cycle of insomnia. Stem cells can help balance the brain’s functions, leading to better and more consistent sleep, a change that significantly improves quality of life.
  • Prostate Enlargement: A patient who went to the bathroom three to four times a night due to prostate enlargement saw improvement to only going once a night after three treatments.
  • Other Conditions: The treatments have shown positive effects on balding (AGA) and erectile dysfunction (ED). One patient, a 48-year-old woman, had her period return and became pregnant after a single treatment. Stem cells can also help with recovery from spinal cord injury and address post-covid vaccine effects.

The Himawari Clinic Advantage: Multidisciplinary Approach

What truly distinguishes Tokyo Himawari Clinic from others is its diverse treatments they offer and specialized staff. The clinic is staffed by a group of professionals and specialists from different fields, including Dr Takahito Wada, a former professor at Kyoto University and physician specializing in pediatric neurology; Dr Yoshikazu Kuroki, who helped identify and treat Kabuki Syndrome, and Dr Tsuyoshi Takato, professor emeritus at University of Tokyo and former vice president of the Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine. Meanwhile, Dr Ono is a general internal medicine physician who has treated a total of about 650,000 patients. This range of expertise allows the clinic to provide a wide variety of treatments such as beauty and reverse-aging as well as complex conditions such as diabetes and neurological disorders.

Furthermore, Tokyo Himawari Clinic holds second- and third-class regenerative medicine provision plan numbers approved by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. These certifications are crucial, as they allow the clinic to perform treatments that other clinics cannot. Moreover, most clinics only hold one certificate and can only treat specific diseases while Tokyo Himawari Clinic holds around 11 certificates, allowing them to diversify treatment. This level of governmental approval demonstrates the clinic’s commitment to safety, efficacy and a diverse range of medical services.

Your Personal Path to Proactive Health

Himawari Clinic is offering one-on-one consultations at TAC on Nov. 8 to provide personalized guidance for those who want to prepare for the future and learn about longevity. These consultations are a unique opportunity to understand how regenerative medicine can help you lead a healthy, active lifestyle and prevent unnecessary medical expenses.

At this reservation-only session, you’ll be able to directly discuss your health goals and get a full grasp on how stem cell treatment can prevent age related diseases. As an added benefit, five attendees will receive a free early cancer detection test—the Telomerase Activity Quantification (TAQ) test—valued at ¥250,000. This non-invasive test screens for early signs of cancer using a saliva sample.

Power of Early Intervention and Consistency

Dr Ono emphasizes that the earlier you start, the better. While the quality of stem cells remains consistent regardless of age, younger individuals naturally have more cells, meaning they can receive a higher number of viable cells brought back during treatment. Starting at a young age, such as in your twenties, can help you feel like a 40-year-old even when you are 60.

In general, Dr Ono recommends treatments two to three times a year. The effectiveness of the stem cells can decrease every six months, so this frequency helps to maintain high levels of stem cells and a robust immune system. While a younger person may only need to go once a year, an older individual may need more frequent treatments to sustain the benefits.

Don’t wait until a disease manifests, as treatments can become harder or even impossible. The best time to start thinking about longevity and preventative care is now. Investing in your health today can lead to a more energetic life, improved stamina and a better overall quality of life.
