Freefall Book Talk with Alex Treves
Photographer and author Alex Treves joins Refugee Empowerment International for an intimate evening in Daikanyama centered on his latest book, Freefall. The event combines a book signing, talk and Q&A with a reception at Kuss Daikanyama, creating a quieter, more personal setting for conversation around photography, travel and the human stories behind displacement.
Freefall features photography from Treves’s global travels, including his time documenting refugee communities supported by REI. Rather than a formal lecture, the evening is a chance to hear directly from the author about the people, places and experiences behind the images.
Tickets include a signed copy of Freefall, the author talk and Q&A, one complimentary drink and a selection of appetizers from Kuss. Proceeds from the book will support REI projects, which help refugees build independent lives while staying close to home and loved ones.
