Children’s Nutrition Throughout the Ages is a free parent-focused talk at Saint Maur International School in Yokohama. Led by registered dietitian Rebecca McCarroll, the session blends practical guidance with the science behind taste development, selective eating and common sensitivities.
The talk is designed for families with younger children, with topics focused on nursery age through to lower school grades. It is a useful fit if you want clearer guidance on balanced meals, picky eating and the basics of allergies and intolerances without the noise of online nutrition advice.

About the presenter:
Rebecca McCarroll is a Registered Dietitian and Clinical Nutritionist from New Zealand with a background in clinical nutrition, public health and nutrition research. She worked for 10 years at the University of Auckland and most recently served as a Professional Teaching Fellow and Clinical Director in the Department of Nutrition. Now based in Tokyo, she has supported the expat and local community through clinical dietitian work with Club 360.
