Mirai no Mori Palace Walk

Mirai no Mori Imperial Palace Charity Walk

The 2026 Imperial Palace Charity Walk is a spring charity event from Mirai no Mori that invites participants to walk around the Imperial Palace at their own pace while supporting children and young people in Japan who have experienced abuse, neglect or life in care homes. Rather than a race or fitness challenge, it is designed as an easygoing fundraising event that can be joined with friends, family or colleagues. Participants choose a one-hour slot within the event window and walk when it suits them best.

What makes this event especially appealing is its low-pressure format. There is no fixed distance or competitive element, making it approachable for corporate teams, families and individual supporters alike. Mirai no Mori also frames the event as a chance to connect more closely with its mission, with opportunities to meet young people involved in its programs, including participants in its Leaders in Training initiative.

The event has become a popular CSR and team-building activity for companies, with past events bringing together hundreds of participants in support of the organization’s work. Participation fees are treated as donations, with a clear fundraising purpose. Additionally, the first 200 participants will receive a Mirai no Mori t-shirt.

This is a strong fit for those looking for a meaningful and manageable way to give back, whether as part of a team or individually. Save your spot today by registering here!
